Qualification Matriculation with 50% marks in Science
Age 14 - 35 years
Gender Ratio Open Merit
Entry Test Marks 33% Weightage

ENTRY TEST /INTERVIEW

  • The entry test will be conducted for eligible candidates by Sindh Medical Faculty at Decided Centre.
  • The time and venue will be communicated to students later.
  • No candidate will be allowed to appear in interview without the admit card/slip

Attested copies of following documents along with application form shall be required to submit

  • 1. Application form
  • 2. Prospectus fees receipt/challan
  • 3. Intermediate pass certificate and Mark sheet
  • 4. Matric pass certificate and Mark sheet
  • 5. Candidate CNIC/B-form
  • 6. Father's CNIC
  • 7. Candidate Domicile and PRC
  • 8. 08 Recent Passport Size Photographs
  • 9. Character Certificate
