BS NURSING (GENERIC) 4 YEARS DEGREE PROGRAM

| Gender Ratio | Open Merit |
| Matric Marks | 10% Weightage |
| Intermediate (Pre-Medical) Marks | 40% Weightage |
| Entry Test Marks | 50% Weightage |
ENTRY TEST /INTERVIEW
- The entry test will be conducted in Thar Institute of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences for eligible candidates by NTS or any third party
- The time and venue will be communicated to students later.
- The interview for all required categories will only be valid for the candidate who clear the entry test.
- No candidate will be allowed to appear in interview without the admit card/slip
Attested copies of following documents along with application form shall be required to submit
- 1. Application form
- 2. Prospectus fees receipt/challan
- 3. Intermediate pass certificate and Mark sheet
- 4. Matric pass certificate and Mark sheet
- 5. Candidate CNIC/B-form
- 6. Father's CNIC
- 7. Candidate Domicile and PRC
- 8. 08 recent passport size photographs
- 9. Character certificate
PARAMEDICAL SHORT COURSE CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS
